TRAINEE PROGRAM

Our Trainee Program provides you with the tools to successfully start your communications career and discover your individual strengths and talents.

You should have a tertiary education qualification (Bachelor’s / Master’s degree / PhD, etc.) in a related field (this could be in medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, life sciences, journalism, communications, economics, law, etc.) and be enthusiastic about translating complex scientific topics into captivating stories.

Our Trainee Program is designed to provide a well-rounded education: By learning on the job, you will gain hands-on experience, building and honing your skills through directly working with clients. Additionally, by joining internal working groups, you will have the opportunity to work with subject experts working to stay up-to-date with current industry developments, and contribute to enhancing our client. You will also have the opportunity to learn directly from internal experts, gaining insights into the theory behind execution and how best to put it into practice.

Based on these strong foundations, you will get to actively follow the latest trends in communications, expand your own professional toolkit, benefit from the full breadth of the team’s expertise while having the chance to experiment and learn.
